Within 12 business hours, you receive a preliminary assessment covering material direction, structural comments, estimated sample and production timelines.

Design development & sampling

We refine dimensions, finishes, lighting effects and produce physical samples for your approval. Every material and color temperature is confirmed before production.

Production, packing & delivery

Your project moves through manufacturing, assembly, QC inspection, export packing and shipment with regular progress updates throughout the process.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept PDF, JPG, PNG, DWG, XLSX and ZIP files up to 50MB. If your file is larger, please email us for an alternative upload link.

Do I need to have a complete design?

No. We accept anything from a rough sketch or mood reference image to a full architectural drawing package. Our team can help develop the design further.

How long does the review take?

We respond within 12 business hours with a preliminary feasibility assessment. For complex projects, we may follow up with additional questions.

What happens after the review?

If your project is feasible, we provide a material direction, estimated timeline and budget range. From there, we move into design development and sampling.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We regularly sign non-disclosure agreements with clients. Please mention this in your message and we will send our standard NDA for your review.

What is your minimum order quantity?

We handle projects of all sizes — from single statement pieces to full hotel lighting packages. MOQ depends on the complexity and customization level of your design.
